What can you tell me about these candles?
We make our candles by hand, with the utmost care, in Budapest, Hungary. All candles are made of 100% vegan, natural soy wax. All our products are GMO-free.
Even the wicks are made of natural materials: pure cotton. We really pay close attention to making a truly premium, eco-friendly product that provides the best value for your money.
Each candle's volume is 120 ml, and they weigh about 100 grams. Thanks to the premium quality wax and wicks we use, our candles burn twice as long as your regular candles - up to 25-30 hours.
Being scented candles, our products must of course smell nice, and they do smell nice thanks to the perfumes and essential oils we use. Our fragrances are free of parabens and phtalates. (OK, we didn't know what these were either, but the main takeaway is that no harmful byproducts are produced when they burn.)
We are working on keeping our carbon footprint as small as we can, so we use eco-friendly materials whenever possible - up to and including our packaging materials, which look awesome by the way - thanks to all the work we put into it.
Can I ask for a custom candle label?
Of course. You can place an order here:
Important: Custom label candles cost the same as the regular ones, but you can only pay by debit card!
Also important: We do whatever we can to make sure you get your candles quickly, but candles with custom labels may take 5-7 business days to arrive.
When will I get my candle?
Typically it takes 2-4 working days for your order to be delivered to your home (or the delivery box, if you ordered it there).
Which delivery company do you work with?
Our candles are delivered by Packeta Group (In Czechia their name is Zásilkovna). They are quick and dependable, and they have over 10 000 pickup spots. If you chose home delivery, a local and trusted delivery company will handle your package through Packeta's service.

Can I pick up my candle in person?
Yes, if you are in a REALLY urgent need of a candle, you can pick your candle up in our Budapest office, even on the day you placed your order. We're in the office between 8:00 and 15:00 every weekday, but make sure to give us a call before you show up, our number is +3670 418 0891.
