When will I get my candle?

Typically it takes 2-4 working days for your order to be delivered to your home (or the delivery box, if you ordered it there).

Which delivery company do you work with?

Our candles are delivered by Packeta Group (In Czechia their name is Zásilkovna). They are quick and dependable, and they have over 10 000 pickup spots. If you chose home delivery, a local and trusted delivery company will handle your package through Packeta's service.

However, if you order to a delivery box, you can only choose the delivery box location AFTER placing your order - we know it's not logical, but it's beyond our control.
